Brendon Viaene Joins Kipsu!

Join us in welcoming Brendon Viaene to Kipsu as a Market Development Representative. Before Kipsu, Brendon worked with Lyft's corporate team in Minneapolis to engage and grow its driver community. Outside of work, you'll find Brendon "on the slopes" skiing, biking, and taking random adventures with friends to pursue his passion for photography.

What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies?

When searching for my next move, I stumbled upon Kipsu through one of my lifelong friends and decided to explore what options Kipsu had to offer. Having had prior exposure to Kipsu as their photographer at the 2019 company picnic, I instantly grew fond of the team.

What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?

As I tackled my first week at Kipsu, everyone took time out of their schedules to help me orient and address any questions I had. (Trust me, I had a lot!) I also learned that every team member was closely connected, accepting, and willing to make me feel at home.

What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?

I am looking forward to discovering new possibilities within Kipsu to continue growing our already prospering team.

What is your favorite Kipsu core value?

"Play the Long Game." I believe that the best relationships are built over time and can only continue to grow with determination, challenge, and innovation. This has been built into my work ethic from a very young age and I was happy to discover Kipsu shared those values.

If you could meet any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?

I would love to get together with Gus Kenworthy for a dinner up on the mountain after a long day of skiing. Gus has been a very strong influencer in the LGBTQ+ community, especially to many athletes worldwide.
