Kipsu Moving

Recently, Kipsu marked a milestone by hiring its 50th team member. Now, Kipsu marks another milestone of moving offices from Northeast Minneapolis to downtown Minneapolis. Having started a short 8 years ago, it is amazing to see how much we have grown in a short amount of time.

Becoming a Kipsu Engineer: The Cara Christiansen Story

Many students see their college graduation as an opportunity to retire their classroom learning, find a job that pays the bills, and settle into “Adulting.” Cara Christiansen celebrated her graduation from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota in 2017, but she was far from ready to settle in. Her story was only beginning. She was curious and hungry for more knowledge.

Skyler Bellwood Joins Kipsu!

Join us in welcoming Skyler Bellwood to our Engineering Team! Prior to Kipsu, he worked as a software engineer at a small startup, connecting local farmers with restaurants in order to make food sourcing easier. Outside of work, Skyler enjoys an array of activities from cooking and baking, to reading and staying active! He also just jumped into the world of Doctor Who for the first time and is loving it. We’re excited to have him join the Kipsu team and asked Skyler to share his experience with Kipsu so far.

Sarah Bruber Joins Kipsu!

Join us in welcoming Sarah Bruber to our Customer Success Team! Prior to Kipsu, Sarah studied Business Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Thomas. Throughout her college career, she coached volleyball, was involved in the St. Paul/Minneapolis coffee community and enjoyed spending days up north on Gull Lake. Shortly after graduating, Sarah backpacked solo throughout Europe for about a month and a half. We’re so excited to have her a part of the Kipsu team and asked her to chat about her experience at Kipsu so far.

Joe Quarion Joins Kipsu!

Join us in welcoming Joe Quarion to our Engineering Team! Prior to Kipsu, Joe built mobile and web apps for startups at a small software agency. Outside of work, Joe loves having adventures with his family, independent travel and karaoke. We’re excited to have him join the Kipsu team and asked Joe to share his experience with Kipsu so far.

Mark Leedy Joins Kipsu!

Join us in welcoming Mark Leedy to the third round of Kipsu’s Entrepreneurship Leadership Rotational Program, the Gamma Cohort! Prior to Kipsu, Mark majored in Political Science at Carleton College. Outside of work, Mark enjoys being active with playing basketball and golf, as well as relaxing with yoga, cooking, and hanging out with friends. We’re excited to have him join the Kipsu team and asked Mark to share his experience with Kipsu so far.

Baberich Abendan Joins Kipsu!

Join us in welcoming Baberich Abendan to the third round of Kipsu’s Entrepreneurship Leadership Rotational Program, the Gamma Cohort! Baberich attended St. Olaf College majoring in Political Science, as well as a concentration in Management Studies. Outside of work, Baberich enjoys giving new hobbies a whirl and watching short documentaries. We’re thrilled to have him join the Kipsu team and asked Baberich to share his experience with Kipsu so far.

Meghan Harmening Joins Kipsu!

Kipsu recently welcomed Meghan Harmening to our Accounting team. Prior to joining us, Meghan worked at KPMG as an auditor. In her free time, Meghan enjoys playing sand volleyball and trying new recipes with friends! Emily Cox Joins Kipsu!

When not at work work, Emily loves being outdoors as much as possible, exploring cooking, and playing card/board games with friends.
