My favorite core value is "Play the Long Game." This builds trust in a highly competitive market and allows the company to avoid high-pressure sales processes to build genuine customer relationships.
If you could meet any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?
I would want to have dinner with Bill Laimbeer. He is one of my favorite NBA players, and I would enjoy listening to his experiences playing as the "villain" during the Michael Jordan era.
