Loren Muraca Joins Kipsu!

Join us in welcoming Loren Muraca to our Customer Partnership Team! Prior to Kipsu, Loren studied Business Management & Leadership at the University of St. Thomas. In his free time, Loren enjoys finding new music, playing volleyball, and cheering on his beloved team, the Chicago Cubs. We're so excited to have him a part of the Kipsu team and asked him to chat about his experience at Kipsu so far.

What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies?

The number one thing I was looking for during the job hunt process was the right company culture that would motivate and push me in my development as a young businessman. I knew no matter where I worked that there would be things I liked and disliked in terms of day to day tasks but I wanted to surround myself with people who were genuinely nice and hard working. During the interview process, I could tell how passionate, motivated and pleasant everybody was and knew this was the best place for me.

What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?

What I noticed was how transparent everybody was, they were all an open book and told me their successes and failures of when they first started. This allowed me to have real connections and open conversations with my new coworkers and feel comfortable enough to ask questions.

What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?

I know there will be the challenge of becoming acclimated to the Kipsuvian way on how to approach the lead generation and sales process, but I hope to pick up this skill quickly and become an asset within the customer partnership team.

What is your favorite Kipsu core value?

I love the core value of never being satisfied, it is a value that I try and live by outside of work. We should never be satisfied with where we are, we must continue the pursuit of perfection even though it is never obtainable. That constant pursuit of perfection by never being satisfied is what pushes people to accomplish things they never thought were possible.

If you could meet any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?

If I could meet and chat with any person it would be Kris Bryant; third baseman of the Chicago Cubs. I am an avid Chicago Cubs fan and would love to sit down, munch on a ballpark dog, and talk baseball with my favorite player.
