Join us in welcoming Lyndsie Lubek to our Customer Partnership Team! Prior to Kipsu, she worked in Real Estate in Chicago. Lyndsie grew up in Montana, so she loves hiking, skiing, camping, and pretty much anything else that gets her out in nature! She also enjoys reading, traveling, DIY projects, and exploring the twin cities brewery scene. We're thrilled to have her join the Kipsu team and asked Lyndsie to share her experience with Kipsu so far.
What drew you to Kipsu in contrast to other companies?
Kipsu’s foundational principle ‘We Build Relationships’ and the 6 other core values resonated with me on a personal and professional level. Throughout my interview process, it was apparent that these values are living breathing systems in the day-today company culture and leadership. I didn’t experience that anywhere else during my job hunt.
What were some things you noticed about the Kipsu team during your first week?
Everyone was extremely helpful and encouraging. I’ve felt very supported throughout my onboarding and training.
What challenges are you looking forward to tackling in your work at Kipsu?
As I’m new to the industry, I’m looking forward to learning the ins and outs of the technology industry and how my role collaborates with others to support Kipsu’s growth and evolution.
What is your favorite Kipsu core value?
My favorite core value is Go Beyond Together. I’m excited to be apart of a team that works hard and collaborates together.
If you could meet any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?
If I could meet any person for dinner it would be Brene Brown. I’ve recently finished her book Braving the Wilderness and found it beyond inspiring and I think dinner with her would empowering.
