We compiled and analyzed over 65,500 TripAdvisor reviews and 81,100 brand surveys to identify the influence of guest messaging pre- and post-Kipsu. Some of the findings include:
- Average TripAdvisor increase from 3.87 to 4.02 across all fully-launched properties
- Average 16% increase in overall guest experience across survey scores
- Average 16.4% increase in likelihood to return to brand across survey scores
