Outside of work, you'll find Sean captaining a rugby team in Minneapolis, writing, and playing music while contemplating band names.

Play the long game. This is one value of the company that really fascinates me - especially in a society where most seek immediate results and gratification. Taking the small, wise steps to create truly trusting, long lasting relationships is not easy, but it’s a rewarding path.
If you could meet any person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?
(RIP) Anthony Bourdain. I can’t think of someone who had a more unique perspective on the world than Mr. Bourdain. My dream date with Tony would probably be having a few pints at a pub, followed by heading to get some street food, maybe a hot dog (or as he likes to call them, meat in tube form).
